Matson here: jack of all trades (Jill of all trades? ) at your service. Currently operating as the executive assistant for an incredible Audience Growth team at NPR, working to share diverse stories and voices with new audiences and deepen the engagement of loyal listeners. I’ve found my sweet spot in roles that take advantage of systematic and artistic thinking and love creating structures for projects at inception that can scale and carry the work into the future. 

I’m also: an encouraging leader with a “no-task-is-too-small” attitude; a backyard gardener; a curious collaborator and teammates’ strength finder; a self-starter, efficient to a fault, regularly packing way too early for trips, and a macadamia nut milk enthusiast. Daily I’m learning that my whole is greater than the sum of my parts.

Moving forward, I’m looking for full-time opportunities that allow me to harness my jill of all trade-ness and grow into a “master of one”.
